Things You Need to Know

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Buying Wilson Designs of Devon products with confidence 

Shopping with Wilson Designs of Devon could not be easier. Just browse our store, add any items that you wish to buy, then add your personalisation where necessary and add it to your shopping basket. After you have finished your shopping click on checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

When conformation of your Wilson Designs of Devon order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced products, or we are no longer able to supply a certain product for any reason. In that case of a change in price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable. 

We reserve the right to temporarily remove any product from our website, and to also completely discontinue any product.

If you happen to purchase a product that we temporarily remove, or decide to discontinue a refund for that sole item will be offered back to the customer. 

Tax charges 
Please note that all of our prices include VAT at the standard rate of 20%.

Payment security 
When your order is placed at our website, you will be re-directed to paypal or stripe, where your payment will be processed using the highest levels of security. No card details are ever saved on our website.

Depending on the size of the order we will deliver your order using royal mail or My Hermes depending on the size and weight of the parcel. On occasion we may need your phone number (for use of the courier service only) as they may need to contact you regarding your delivery.
Please note that the product images may slightly differ, depending on the type of screen or monitor, the colours and shades of the images may appear slightly different, but the images will represent the actual product.
You have the right under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted item within 7 days. The 7 day period begins on the day of delivery. The liability and return of the postage is you (the buyers) responsibility. If you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty, you must notify us as soon as you have received it, within the indicated time scale of the delivery terms. Please note that personalised items are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, no other reason will be accepted. 
We always do our very best to ensure customer satisfaction, however there may be times that items may arrived damaged due to delivery. Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement, a refund for the item or a gift voucher. Items will be replaced at no cost to you, once we have received evidence of the damaged item. 

Evidence can be provided by emailing us a photograph of the damaged item. We will refund immediately if the fault is ours. We are not liable for the cost of postage for any returned items however if an item is shipped as a replacement we will then cover this charge.
Any missing, damaged, incorrect items from your order must be reported to us within in 3 days of receipt of your parcel being delivered. Claims after this will not be honoured. 
On purchasing an order from us you are automatically making a request to us to arrange a delivery of said order on your behalf. We will do our very best to have your order delivered to a UK address within 14 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. As delays with any postal service can happen and be unforeseen, Wilson Designs of Devon accepts no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time scales. 
It is you (the customer) who is responsible for supplying us with the correct delivery address details. Wilson Designs of Devon are not liable for any loss of money/orders if an incorrect address has been provided to us. 

All products within Wilson Designs of Devon are covered by the manufactures guarantee. 

Returns policy 
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive. 

General Data Protection Regulations  
Any details provided are used to process orders that are placed ONLY, we at Wilson Designs of Devon do not hold any personal details on file or are they used for anything else than to process the order. All details put though payment sites like paypal, etc are stored by them and are not and will never be our responsibility. All of our office equipment is password protected and only used by myself and my business partner. Any emails that we may hold have been authorised with permission or have been added by the individual their selves.
